Persona: Sulli Confirmed to Premiere on Netflix Next Month!

The production company Mystic Story announced that Choi Jin Ri’s (Sulli) “Persona: Sulli” will officially premiere to the global audience through Netflix this November. 

On October 26, it was officially confirmed that the dual piece “Persona: Sulli” consisting of the short drama film “4: Clean Island” and the full-length documentary “Dear Jinri” will officially premiere on November 13. It will exclusively be available on Netflix.

The first piece “4: Clean Island” is led by Sulli (Choi Jinri), Hwang Miyoung, and Park Gabi. It narrates the story of a character named “4” who wishes to migrate to “Clean Island.” However, to immigrate there, she has to go through a strange process where she must admit her crime to be allowed entry. The short drama film will be directed by Hwang Soo Ah and written by Kim Ji Hye. 

The second piece “Dear Jinri” is a full-length documentary that will revolve around the personal life of Sulli as an actress and an artist. The interview with Sulli will reveal the thoughts and struggles of the 25-year-old, Choi Jinri (Sulli). 

Last September, “4: Clean Island” was released through Laika Cinema in Seoul. On the other hand, the documentary “Dear Jinri” was also featured Wide Angle section’s documentary showcase at the 28th BIFF.
